Poppy Tom Vintage Treasures

I am so excited to finally be able to share this with you all.

Two of my beautiful friends, who happen to be sisters, have started a vintage wedding hire business in Tasmania called Poppy Tom Vintage Treasures.  I love these girls and they have done such an amazing job of putting an ever growing collection of treasures together for any special event.

I was lucky enough to take photos of all their beautiful wares  - if you would like to see more and hear about their story please head to their website here or their Facebook page here.

Glossy Nights | SODA Magazine Fashion Shoot

I was so excited to be ask to photograph the latest SODA magazine fashion shoot – Glossy Nights.  We had a great group of people behind the scenes and absolutely gorgeous models.  I was also lucky to get another shot in the magazine for the beautiful Alexandra Best on Liverpool.

Thanks Aaron and Dan – you do such an amazing job of putting this magazine together.

Nick & Kira | Ethos Wedding

Life has been hectic in the best of ways….lots of shoots, lots of editing, purchasing a house.  Tonight I’m finally getting a chance to share a recent wedding!

Nick and Kira were married in the summer.  It was the first wedding to be held at Ethos in Elizabeth Street, Hobart – Chloe and Ian did an amazing job.  I adore this space and have been excited to shoot a wedding there ever since meeting with Nick and Kira last year to talk about their big day.  Get ready for an overload of flowers, they were beyond beautiful.

Thank you Nick and Kira for inviting me to capture your special day x

2011. Thank You.

Dear 2011,

Thank you for all the amazing people I have met through the little adventure of starting my photography business.  Couples, families, models, other photographers, people in the industry – I have adored meeting them all and cannot wait for more fun with these lovelies, and many more to come, in the new year.

Thank you for all the beautiful people who have supported me, for their encouragement, the Facebook ‘likes’ and blog followers who put a smile on my face, for their hugs and love – it has meant to world to me.

Thank you for being such a challenge.  You have made me want to push myself to new levels, to dream big, to shoot more – both for my business and for me.

Thank you 2011.  Hello 2012.

Love Sarah x
